*Once you go up the stairs do a whip buffer then jump over the two pits. Attempt to land as far to the left as you can on the second platform, pause and when the second medusa spawns jump backwards out over the pit taking a boost from the medusa to the upper platform. From there walk to the left and jump when your foot hits the following area:
