The randomizer modifies two rooms in the castle to prevent certain softlocks and add checks to some rooms.

Room geometry changes
Inner Quarters Undine statue
In the vanilla game, the fountain statue in Inner Quarters requires Undine (or flight) to cross. The rando lowers this statue a bit so that Inner Quarters to be fully traversed with Malphas only. This was done to prevent a softlock with the area rando setting where the player could enter from right side, save the game and become trapped if the left exit led to an area they could not traverse.
Arena platform above save room
A platform has been added to the end of the corridor above the save room. This was done to prevent a softlock where the player could fall down to the save room without Malphas and save the game with no way to get back out.

Money candle replacements
Certain money candles are replaced with checks to incentivize visiting locations which would be useless otherwise.
