The 2019 Anniversary Collection contains versions US PRG0 and the 1993 FC Re-Release.
To distinguish between a PRG0 and a PRG1 cartridge, look on the back and see what the sticker says. If it says REV-A, it's PRG1, otherwise it's PRG0. Other identicators are the Nintendo Seal of Quality on the front sticker (If black it's PRG0, if white it's PRG1) and the circuit board itself:
